NORTHERN ROCKY COAST ROUTE  – 22.2 km

The Northern Rocky Coast Route is perhaps one of Sweden's most beautiful coastal cycling routes. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, you'll be captivated by the views and the tranquillity the route offers.

The route circles Öland's only lake, Hornsjön, before passing  Byrum's famous sea stacks (rauks) and the village of Löttorp, where you'll find everything from bakeries and supermarkets to restaurants.

Tip:
Bring a picnic from Löttorp and stop along the coastal road to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Öland and the breathtaking views. The route is especially rewarding at sunset, when Öland´s famous evening light creates unforgettable views.
